The tenacious survivors of Ancient Terra turned their once-devastated homeworld of Earth from a near-lifeless, radioactive wasteland into a vibrant ecological paradise, balancing their technocratic ideology with their respect for nature. Valuing wisdom, intelligence, and ingenuity above all else, Ancient Terra society is guided by the best and brightest, with none held in higher esteem than their supreme leader, the High Dean. Their continued intellectual superiority is guaranteed by purging any within the population who fall below The Standard. Allowing such inferiority of mind to persist would lead to inevitable destruction, and to ensure the species' survival beyond the cradle of humanity, so too must the barbarian be purged from the bloodline and eradicated from history.
